4.1 Avena Clinic provides aesthetic services including volume restoration, wrinkle reduction, and online skin consultations.

 

4.2 All services provided are subject to availability and the discretion of the Medical Director, Dr Hen.

 

4.3 The results of aesthetic treatments may vary from person to person, and no specific results can be guaranteed.

 

5. Bookings and Payments

 

5.1 All bookings for services must be made through our booking link or by contacting us directly.

 

5.2 Payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.

 

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

 

6. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

 

6.1 If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. If sufficient notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

6.2 Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without forfeiting the deposit.

 

6.3 If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we regret that we will be able to see you. Your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee of £50 will be applied. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

7.1 Avena Clinic will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise.

 

7.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude or limit our liability for any matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or limit, or to attempt or purport to exclude or limit, our liability.
