Each bridal skin journey begins with an in-depth online consultation, with your skin photos reviewed in advance. During this appointment, Dr Hen will explore your skin type, concerns and goals, and create a personalised plan tailored to you.
As Dr Hen is not affiliated with any skincare brand, her recommendations are entirely unbiased. She also has access to prescription skincare, allowing for more transformative results when needed.
Your chosen skincare is then delivered to your home in a personalised box.
Skin Treatments
Alongside personalised skincare, brides able to visit Avena Clinic in London may also benefit from optional treatments from Dr Hen to enhance results.

About Dr Hen
Dr Henrietta Cook MBBS MRCGP is a dual-qualified GP and Aesthetic Skin Doctor with over a decade of medical experience. Founder of Avena Clinic, she specialises in long-term skin health.
Having experienced her own skin struggles including perioral dermatitis, Dr Hen understands firsthand how much skin can affect the way you feel. In the lead-up to her own wedding, she transformed her own skin - an experience that inspired her passion for helping brides feel confident and comfortable in theirs.
Having now supported many brides over the years, nothing brings her more joy than seeing the difference it makes and hearing how much more confident they feel.
