Polynucleotides

Restore skin quality across the face, neck and under-eye area with gentle, regenerative care

Polynucleotides are naturally occurring molecules made from purified DNA fragments.
They work by supporting the skin’s own repair processes - helping to improve skin quality through gentle stimulation of collagen, improved hydration and enhanced cellular regeneration.

When injected into the skin, polynucleotides act as a regenerative signal, encouraging healing and resilience over time. Rather than changing facial structure or expression, they focus on restoring skin health, leading to a fresher, more rested appearance.

Who is this for?

This approach is well suited if you’re noticing changes in skin quality such as:

  • Fine lines and crepiness around the eyes, face or neck

  • Dull, tired-looking skin that no longer reflects how you feel

  • Early loss of firmness or elasticity

  • Under-eye concerns such as dark circles, eye bags and fine lines

  • Skin that feels dehydrated, fragile or less resilient

  • Uneven skin texture, mild redness or increased sensitivity

  • Early scarring or skin that no longer heals or recovers as well as it once did

This treatment is ideal if you’re looking to improve skin quality in a subtle, regenerative way – without adding volume or altering your natural features.

What you may notice over time:

  • Skin that appears smoother, more hydrated and better supported

  • Improved skin texture and tone across the face, neck and under-eye area

  • A fresher, more rested look across the under-eyes, face and neck

  • Stronger, more resilient skin in delicate or fragile areas

  • Gradual, natural-looking improvement rather than a dramatic change

Before and Afters

FAQs

How quickly will I see results?

For best results, a course of three treatments is usually recommended, spaced around 2–4 weeks apart. Some patients begin to notice changes within a few weeks, with gradual improvement continuing as the skin responds over time.

Does it hurt?

You may feel brief sharp scratches or stinging during the injections, but this is usually mild and quick. A numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the treatment as comfortable as possible.

Is there downtime?

You can expect small raised bumps in the treated area for around 48–72 hours, and occasionally tiny red dots at the injection sites. If the under-eye area is treated, we recommend bringing sunglasses to your appointment. Makeup can usually be worn from the following morning.

How long will my results last?

Results typically last around 6–12 months. To maintain skin quality and ongoing improvement, follow-up treatments within this timeframe are often recommended as part of a longer-term skin care plan.
