Soften nasolabial folds with expertly placed piriform fossa filler.
As we age, factors such as reduced collagen production and fat pad depletion can lead to a loss of facial fullness, resulting in the appearance of nasolabial (nose-to-mouth) lines. Piriform fossa filler involves the strategic use of a specific kind of hyaluronic acid dermal filler to address the nasolabial lines in a more natural way, without filling the actual lines themselves.

Piriform fossa filler is one of Dr Henrietta Cook's specialties at Dr Hen Clinic (formerly known as Avena Clinic) for a very natural softening of the nose-to-mouth folds. Patients have travelled internationally to see Dr Hen for this treatment.
Dr Hen's Approach
Step 1:
The journey begins with a personalised consultation with Dr Hen. During this consultation, she delves into your unique facial anatomy, discuss your concerns, and understand your aesthetic goals.
There is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' when it comes to the face. This tailored approach ensures that the volume restoration plan is crafted specifically for you and is harmonious with your natural features.

Step 2:
A suitable filler will be chosen. Our volume restoration treatments utilise advanced dermal fillers that are carefully selected based on their composition, longevity, and compatibility with your individual needs.

In an industry rife with low quality options, Dr Hen exclusively opts for premium fillers that contain the purest form of hyaluronic acid for long-lasting results.
Step 3:
After numbing cream is applied, Dr Hen administers piriform fossa filler strategically to enhance your facial contours and restore volume seamlessly.

Dr Hen specialises in natural-looking results. This treatment is designed to enhance your features in a way that appears subtle and harmonious. Her goal is to help you look like the best version of yourself without compromising your unique facial characteristics.
